Perspire Sauna Studio FW Waterside was the brand's first Dallas-Fort Worth studio, opened in early 2023 by Fort Worth natives Will and Betsy Frederick in the Waterside development on Vision Drive, off Bryant Irvin Road near the Trinity Trails and the Clearfork shops. Will found Perspire on a weekend in Austin, felt, in his words, incredible after a 40-minute session, and brought it home. The studio is infrared-only: private rooms done in a quiet European-spa style, each with a full-spectrum infrared sauna you control, medical-grade red light therapy during the sweat, Netflix on the screen and, in some rooms, a private shower. The cold element is the SNØ Shower rinse; there is no plunge tub, and halotherapy is sold as an add-on. Sessions run up to 40 minutes and are booked in the Perspire app; rooms are ready when you arrive and you leave with a cold eucalyptus towel. An intro visit is $20 and a single session $50, with packs at $140 for four, $240 for eight and $480 for twenty, good for a year. Memberships are IRelax at $99 a month for four sessions, IRecover at $159 for eight and IRitual at $199 unlimited with the SNØ Shower included, month to month, HSA/FSA eligible and honored at every Perspire nationwide, which makes it the obvious home studio for anyone who also uses the Southlake or McKinney rooms. It is also bookable through ClassPass and Wellhub. Hydrate beforehand, bring a change of clothes, and give yourself a minute to find parking, the one thing reviewers grumble about. Hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 8 to 6 on weekends. Reviews lean on the words clean, quiet and friendly, and on the red light sessions and in-room TVs as the reason the 40 minutes go quickly.
