Perspire Sauna Studio McDonough
1788 Jonesboro Rd Ste B, McDonough, GA
Perspire McDonough brings private infrared sauna suites to Henry County, in the Henry Town Center Plaza strip on Jonesboro Road just off I-75 Exit 221, between Uniform Advantage and Pop Shelf. Every suite is your own: a full-spectrum infrared cabin with red light therapy built in and a screen for shows or music, and select suites also have the SNØ Shower, a 45°F rainfall cold shower for a quick contrast rinse. There is no cold plunge. Halotherapy is offered as an add-on. The studio is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, and sessions are up to 40 minutes of heat. A first-visit intro is $20, a single session is $49, and monthly memberships start at $79 for four sessions and top out at $159 unlimited, which is among the lower unlimited rates in the Perspire network; 4-, 8- and 20-session packs are available, all HSA/FSA eligible and good at any Perspire studio. Book in the app, arrive five minutes early, bring a water bottle, and pick a shower-icon suite if you want the cold. With one of the busiest review counts of any Atlanta-area Perspire, it has become the go-to heat stop for the south metro suburbs, where private infrared studios are still scarce.
