Perspire Peachtree Corners is a private infrared sauna studio in the Forum-area retail strip on Peachtree Corners Circle, built around individual suites rather than a shared hot room. Each suite has a full-spectrum infrared cabin with red light therapy wired in and a screen for streaming, and select suites include the SNØ Shower, Perspire's 45°F rainfall cold shower for a short contrast hit after the heat. There is no cold plunge; the cold side is a shower you can step under and out of at your own pace. Halotherapy (salt-air) sessions are offered as an add-on. It keeps some of the longest hours of the Atlanta-area Perspires, opening at 7 a.m. on weekdays and running until 9 p.m., with 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends. Sessions are up to 40 minutes of heat. A first-visit intro is $25, a single session is $50, and memberships run from $99 for four sessions a month to $199 unlimited, which here bundles SNØ Shower access; packs of 4, 8 and 20 sessions are sold too, and everything is HSA/FSA eligible and usable at other Perspire studios. Book ahead in the app, arrive five minutes early, bring water, and choose a shower-icon suite if you want the cold.
