Perspire Sauna Studio Queen Creek

21582 S Ellsworth Loop Rd Ste 114, Queen Creek, AZ

Perspire Sauna Studio Queen Creek is a nine-suite infrared studio in the Ellsworth Loop shopping district, the fourth Phoenix-area studio from franchise owners Staci and Chandler Herdt, and it held its grand opening in March 2025. Every session is private: you get your own full-spectrum infrared cabin (near, mid and far wavelengths) with medical-grade red light panels, color-changing chromotherapy, a screen and Bluetooth audio, and a shower in the suite. There is no traditional sauna and no plunge; the cold side is the SNØ Shower, a 45°F waterfall rinse you can take for up to 45 seconds at the end of a session, and halotherapy (dry salt aerosol) can be added to the heat. Sessions run up to 40 minutes and are booked by the suite, which makes the studio an easy first step for anyone nervous about a communal bathhouse. A single session is $49 and new guests get an intro session for $20. Memberships are month-to-month and HSA/FSA eligible: IRelax is $99 for four sessions, IRecover $159 for eight and IRitual $199 for unlimited visits with the SNØ Shower included; packs of 4, 8 or 20 sessions ($139/$239/$499) are valid for a year. Bring water and a swimsuit or workout clothes; towels and a cold eucalyptus towel are provided. The studio is open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends, and it is on Wellhub and ClassPass. Reviewers describe it as quiet, spotless and easy to fit into a lunch break, and the studio runs seasonal challenges such as the eight-session Fall Ritual. Peak evening slots fill, so reserve ahead rather than counting on a walk-in suite.
