Perspire's Sandy Springs studio sits on the second level of Aria Village, the mixed-use block beside Mercedes-Benz USA's headquarters off Abernathy Road, and it is one of the longest-running Perspire studios in metro Atlanta, open since early 2021. The format is private and quiet: you get your own infrared sauna suite with full-spectrum heaters, red light therapy built into the cabin and a screen for streaming, and select suites add Perspire's SNØ Shower, a 45°F rainfall cold shower for a short contrast blast between or after rounds. There is no cold plunge here; the cold is a shower you can step in and out of. Sessions run up to 40 minutes of heat, plus a few minutes to change and cool down, so plan on about an hour door to door. First-timers can book a $20 intro session; after that a single session is $49, packs run from 4 to 20 sessions, and month-to-month memberships range from 4 sessions ($89) to unlimited ($149), all usable at any Perspire studio and HSA/FSA eligible. Halotherapy is an add-on at select studios. Arrive five minutes early, come hydrated and bring a water bottle into the suite; towels are provided, and you can wear whatever is comfortable since the room is yours alone.
