Perspire Sauna Studio Southlake opened at the start of May 2025 in the Kimball Oaks shopping center on East Southlake Boulevard, in the space Collective MVMT vacated, under franchisee Alex McClure, who grew up in the area. It is an infrared-only studio of private suites: each has a full-spectrum infrared sauna with its own temperature control, red light and color light therapy that run together in one session, and a screen for streaming. Some suites also carry the SNØ Shower, Perspire's 45°F cold waterfall that runs for up to 45 seconds and stands in for a plunge; there is no tub. Halotherapy can be added. You book up to 40 minutes in the app and have the room to yourself, with a cold eucalyptus towel waiting at the end. A first visit is $20, a single session $49, and packs run $139 for four, $239 for eight and $499 for twenty, good for twelve months. Memberships are IRelax at $99 a month for four sessions, IRecover at $159 for eight and IRitual at $199 unlimited with the SNØ Shower included; all are month to month, work at any Perspire studio in the country and are HSA/FSA eligible. Drink water before you arrive, wear something you can sweat through or nothing under a towel, and ask for a SNØ suite if you want the cold finish. Weekday hours run 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends 8 to 8, which suits the Southlake, Grapevine and Colleyville commuter crowd it was built for. Guests describe the rooms as clean and quiet and the staff as happy to explain the red light and temperature settings on a first visit.
