Perspire Sauna Studio Virginia-Highland
1044 N Highland Ave NE, Atlanta, GA
Perspire Virginia-Highland is the neighborhood's private infrared sauna studio on North Highland Avenue, in the former Vernacular boutique space between Cacao Cafe and Urban Evolution Salon. It opened around 2020 and built up a loyal following before going dark; Google now lists it as temporarily closed, and Perspire's own page marks it "opening soon" and is taking founding memberships for its relaunch, with no reopening date announced. When it reopens, Perspire says it will offer the brand's standard setup: private full-spectrum infrared suites with red light therapy and streaming, the SNØ Shower (a 45°F rainfall cold shower used for contrast; there is no cold plunge), halotherapy and towel service. Founding members are being offered locked-in rates on unlimited and eight-session plans with nothing charged until opening day. Check the studio page or call before visiting, since it is not taking regular bookings yet. This listing will be updated with hours and session prices once the studio reopens.
