Pure Infrared Sauna Studio
2665 5th Ave Suite 103, San Diego, CA
Pure Infrared Sauna Studio is a Hillcrest neighborhood mainstay focused exclusively on private infrared sauna sessions. Located on Fifth Avenue between Bankers Hill and the heart of Hillcrest, the studio caters to a walk-in-friendly local crowd that wants the heat without the contrast-bath production. Each room is private and self-contained — no shared lockers, no negotiating temperature with a stranger. The team has been running the same operation long enough that regulars treat it like a neighborhood gym, dropping in two or three times a week before work or after the gym down the street. A quiet, focused alternative to the big multi-modality recovery studios further north in the county.
