It is the most domestic of the Nashville studios: a front room with a wooden table, striped chairs, a cushioned window seat and plants, then a handful of private cabin suites, each with a Sunlighten full-spectrum infrared sauna, wood paneling and a little red ottoman. There is no cold plunge and no float here; this is the place for a quiet 45-minute sweat, and the deluxe cabin that seats four is why it gets booked for bachelorette afternoons. Sessions are 45 minutes in a cabin that arrives pre-heated around 145°F, with chromotherapy lighting (regulars favor the red setting), a screen for Netflix or a Calm meditation, electrolyte water and a chilled peppermint cloth on the way out. Wear gym clothes or nothing, put a towel on the bench, and skip the shower for an hour afterward, since there is none on site.
