Radiance Infrared Sauna & Salt Lounge is a family-run boutique wellness facility in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood of Long Beach — the only dedicated infrared-and-halotherapy studio in the area. Founded by Mia and Mark Norwood in 2022, the space features custom-built private Clearlight True Wave infrared sauna suites for 2–3 guests, an ADA-accessible Sanctuary Retreat Sauna for groups up to five, and a dedicated dry-salt therapy room. Every sauna runs full-spectrum (near, mid, and far infrared) with customizable temperature, chromotherapy, and sound. The halotherapy salt lounge uses pharmaceutical-grade salt for respiratory and skin benefits, and is kid-friendly. Robes are provided and the vibe is warm and family-run rather than clinical.
