Reconnect Mind Body is founder Jerame Mudick's breathwork-and-recovery studio in northeast Mesa, in a suite on McKellips Road near Recker, open since at least early 2021 and now with a second location in north Scottsdale. The room is soft-lit and quiet, and the visit is a set sequence the studio calls the Reconnect Way: check in, compression boots, a coached cold plunge, infrared sauna, then red light to finish, about an hour door to door. Plunges run from the mid-40s°F down to 33°F, and the coaching is the point; staff talk you through the breath so you stay in longer than you think you can. Every session is booked from the online calendar, and first-timers get the same hour with extra guidance. Memberships cover both locations and all modalities: $189 a month for four visits, $299 for eight, or $379 unlimited, with no initiation fee and month-to-month cancellation; a single-visit price is not printed, so ask when you book your first session. Hours are split on weekdays (7 a.m. to noon, then 2 to 7 p.m.) and 8 to 3 on weekends. Bring a swimsuit, a towel, comfortable clothes and water, and arrive ten minutes early. Beyond the circuit, Mudick is a RESURRECT-certified breathwork trainer, and the schedule carries guided breathwork, sound baths and myofascial-release classes; the studio also certifies other practitioners.
