REJUUV-N
1155 W 4th St Ste 211, Reno, NV
REJUUV-N calls itself Reno-Tahoe's contrast therapy retreat: an upstairs studio on West 4th Street near Keystone, opened in May 2025 by Patrick Cook and Jessica Kerr, where a real hot-stone sauna and two cold plunges sit a few steps apart. The cedar-lined Finnish sauna seats about 16 across two benches, runs two heaters at 185-190°F and up, and lets you ladle water onto the stones yourself. The plunges are commercially filtered and set at two levels, one around 42-44°F and a gentler one near 50°F, so beginners and regulars can both find their cold. Bookings are two-hour windows to cycle heat, cold and the recovery lounge at your own pace, with red light therapy and leg-and-hip compression available as add-ons. A drop-in is from $45, bundles bring it to $30 a session, and first-timers have been offered a $25 first visit; memberships run from Essential ($99 a month, 4 sessions) to Thrive ($219, unlimited, one booking a day) and Thrive Plus ($279, unlimited with red light and compression), all with $25 guest passes. Reserve online or by phone, as walk-ins are not accepted, and bring your own towel and water bottle. It opens at 5 a.m. on weekdays for pre-work rounds and is closed Wednesdays. This is the place in Reno for people who want a properly hot traditional sauna and a serious plunge rather than an infrared cabin, in a calm room that still has the social feel of a shared bench.
