Rejuvenate Mind Body is a family-owned recovery studio in Citadelle Plaza on 59th Avenue in Glendale's Arrowhead area, started by owners who got into contrast therapy for their own recovery and built a calm, clean little studio around five modalities: infrared sauna, cold plunge, a warm-water hydrotherapy tub, red light therapy and compression boots. Every visit is a full hour with all five included, taken in whatever order you like; staff will suggest a sequence if you are new, and regulars tend to run sauna, plunge, warm soak and repeat. A first visit is $25 and includes a short consultation and tour, a drop-in hour is $45 afterwards and a four-pack is $129. Memberships are $99 a month for four visits, $149 for eight or $199 unlimited, with HSA/FSA accepted and gift cards sold; it is also bookable through Wellhub. Sessions are reserved online through Mindbody. Hours run 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 7 to 4 on weekends. Bring a swimsuit, water bottle and your own towel; showers, lockers and a changing room are on site.
