Reno Sauna Club
941 S Virginia St, Reno, NV
Reno Sauna Club is a small social sauna tucked behind the Best Bet Motor Lodge, a retro-modern motel on South Virginia Street in Midtown, and it opened in August 2024. There are two cedar saunas running roughly 150-175°F: a built-in indoor room off the lounge and an outdoor sauna built inside a converted 1950s teardrop trailer. Between rounds you cool off under cold plunge showers or the rainfall shower, then stretch out on the heated day bed or the patio. Locals book a two-hour session for $25, a 10-pack, or an unlimited monthly membership at $89 (three-month minimum; new members have been offered the first month for $29), and hotel guests pay $19 for unlimited use during their stay. Book through Mindbody or ClassPass or call the lobby, and drop in only if there is room; membership is capped to keep it uncrowded. Check in at the Best Bet lobby, then use the entrance at the north end of the parking lot. It is 18+, co-ed, swimwear at all times, towel under you on the bench, phones stay in the lockers, and conversation stays quiet. Open daily 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The club leans into Midtown's scene with DJ sauna nights and wellness workshops for members and whole-club private rentals for groups and celebrations, and members also get discounts on drinks in the hotel lobby.
