RESET Mind & Body Cadence

9264 E Cadence Pkwy Ste 103, Mesa, AZ

RESET Mind & Body Cadence is the newest Valley studio of the Phoenix recovery chain, in the Arrival at Cadence retail center next to the new Ace Hardware in the Cadence at Gateway master-planned community of southeast Mesa, near Ellsworth and Ray roads. It carries the brand's full five-station circuit: Normatec compression, LED red light rooms lined with more than 1,800 red and infrared LEDs, individual infrared sauna cabins, cold tubs held at 42°F or lower and a warm hydrotherapy tub near 104°F. A visit is a roughly one-hour, self-paced circuit the brand calls the RESET Method: Normatec compression on legs, hips or arms (about 15 minutes), a red light room lined with more than 1,800 red and infrared LEDs (10 minutes), the infrared sauna (10-15 minutes), the cold tub (1-3 minutes, ideally twice) and the warm tub (3-10 minutes). A first visit is $40 and includes all five modalities; after that a single session is $50. Memberships are simpler here: $125 a month for 4 sessions, $150 for 8 or $200 for unlimited visits. Session packs run 5 for $150, 10 for $250 or 20 for $400. Memberships carry a three-month minimum, then roll month to month. Hours are the same every weekday, 6 AM to 1 PM and again 3 PM to 8 PM, with a 9 AM to 4 PM day on Saturday and Sunday; book through the RESET app or online, or call ahead to check for a free slot. Cadence serves the fast-growing Eastmark and Gateway neighborhoods that previously had to drive to Gilbert for a cold plunge, and early reviewers describe a clean, calm room and cold plunging as a way to start the day. It uses the chain's simpler membership ladder (4, 8 or unlimited visits), and the $40 first visit is the easy on-ramp. Parking is in the center's lot.
