Rest Recovery Chandler

610 N Alma School Rd Ste 52, Chandler, AZ

Rest Recovery Chandler is a licensed outpost of the Arizona-born Rest Recovery brand, tucked into a suite on North Alma School Road near Ray Road. It is a modern, membership-style recovery studio rather than a spa: full-spectrum infrared sauna cabins kept at 120-150°F, cold plunge tubs set to a bracing 39°F, a full-body red light bed, pneumatic compression boots, PEMF mats, a float tank and a soft-shell hyperbaric chamber, all in a clean, quiet, purpose-built space. Most people come for the signature flow (compression, then sauna, then plunge, then red light) which takes 45-90 minutes depending on how long you sit in the heat. Capacity is limited, so the studio asks you to book ahead through its Acuity scheduler, and the first visit is free with no card and no contract. After that the model is membership, sold on site after your trial; a third-party listing has quoted unlimited access at around $85 a month, but current rates and any single-visit price are not published, so ask when you book. Bring a swimsuit and a water bottle. Reviewers single out the owners for walking nervous first-timers through the plunge and for the number of modalities you get for the money. The brand itself started in Queen Creek, where Laryssa and Ryan Sonberg opened the original studio in October 2023 after selling saunas and plunge tubs, and now licenses studios across the Valley and beyond, Chandler and Gilbert among them.
