Rest Recovery Wellness Gilbert is a licensed studio of the Arizona-born Rest Recovery brand (its sister studios are in Chandler and north Phoenix), in a strip center on Guadalupe Road a few blocks from Gilbert's Heritage District. The format is the brand's eight-modality recovery floor: cold plunge tubs held at 39°F, full-spectrum infrared saunas, red light panels, Normatec compression, a PEMF mat, a salt cave with a halo generator, a soft-shell hyperbaric chamber and a float spa. It is a recovery gym rather than a bathhouse, with bookings in 30-minute slots and a membership model built around unlimited use. Non-members can drop in through the Acuity booking page: a First Visit Trial is $33 for an hour that runs compression, infrared sauna, cold plunge and red light in sequence; a 90-minute Basic Wellness Session is $60; and single 30-minute slots are $25 for the plunge, $35 for the sauna, compression, red light or salt room, $45 for the hyperbaric chamber and $65 for a float. Memberships are month-to-month with 30 days' notice: Basic at $99 a month covers unlimited compression, sauna, plunge and red light, Signature at $149 adds the float, hyperbaric, salt cave and PEMF, and a family plan ($275) covers two adults and two children under 18. The website lists hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day; bring a swimsuit and a towel for the plunge. The site still carries 'be the first to know about our grand opening' language and a presale discount, so the studio is young; an October 2025 Gilbert Independent story expected it to open at a different Gilbert Road address before it landed on Guadalupe. Expect a clean, quiet, self-serve floor and a small team that explains each station the first time through.
