Rest Recovery Wellness North Phoenix is the newest Valley studio in the Rest Recovery licensing family and, despite the name, sits in Peoria in a Bell Road suite just east of the Loop 101. It opened in early 2026 as a performance-recovery center aimed at athletes and busy adults: infrared sauna cabins, a cold plunge tub, a private red light room with dual-sided full-body panels, compression boots, PEMF, a soft-shell hyperbaric chamber, a 60-minute float tank, a dry-salt halotherapy room and an Infinity Capsule that bundles several light and heat technologies into one passive session. The core visit is the Winner's Circle: compression, then infrared sauna, then cold plunge, then red light, booked through Acuity as a first-time drop-in. A Full Recovery Day Pass covering one Winner's Circle is sold as a $50 gift certificate, which is the only single-visit price the studio publishes; the Infinity Capsule is a separate $75 first experience. Members join the Founders tier at $149 a month for unlimited access to the standard modalities (capsule excluded), with couples, family, student and military rates on request.
