Restore Hyper Wellness Alpharetta is the Avalon studio of the national Restore chain, a storefront inside the Avalon walkable shopping-and-dining district off GA 400 and Old Milton Parkway. It is one of the longest-running Restores in metro Atlanta, a clinical, appointment-based recovery studio rather than a spa: the heat-and-cold menu is a private infrared sauna room and whole-body cryotherapy, a dry sub-zero chamber you stand in for up to three minutes, with red light therapy, compression boots, IV drips, NAD+, mild hyperbaric oxygen, Hydrafacials and biomarker testing alongside. Infrared sauna and cryotherapy are Restore's Core Therapies, booked as private appointments online or in the Restore app. The studio sells mainly through credit memberships (Level Up $170 a month for eight credits, Elevate $260 for 14, Core $300 for 31), which carry a three-month minimum and 30 days' notice to cancel, give 30% off specialty services and work at any Restore nationwide. Single-session prices are not posted online, so call or check the booking app, and ask about the new-client offer. Wear something comfortable; for cryo you are given a robe, gloves, socks, slippers, a hat and a mask, and the sauna room has its own shower. Pair a session with a walk around Avalon's shops and restaurants; parking is in the district's garages. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, 9 to 5 on Saturday and 11 to 5 on Sunday.
