Restore Hyper Wellness Midtown is the Monroe Drive studio of the national Restore chain, in the same lot as Trader Joe's and Starbucks and next door to Snooze, on the Midtown side of Piedmont Park. It opened with a ribbon cutting in July 2023 and is a clinical-feeling recovery studio rather than a spa: the menu centers on a private infrared sauna room and whole-body cryotherapy, a dry sub-zero chamber you stand in for up to three minutes, alongside red light therapy, compression boots, IV drips and NAD+ shots, mild hyperbaric oxygen, Hydrafacials and biomarker testing. Infrared sauna and cryotherapy are booked as private appointments online or in the Restore app, and an infrared session runs 30-45 minutes in a room where you can shower afterwards, so it fits a lunch break or a stop on the way home. Instead of the credit plans most Restores advertise, this studio leads with its Elevate IV membership (two IV drips a month) and an add-on of unlimited Core Therapies, which include the sauna and cryo, for $99 a month. Single-session prices are not posted online, so call or check the booking app for the new-client offer. For cryo you are given a robe, gloves, socks, slippers, a hat and a mask. It is the closest Restore to Midtown and the Old Fourth Ward, and parking in the shared grocery lot is easy outside the evening rush. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 10 to 6 on Friday, 9 to 5 on Saturday and 10 to 4 on Sunday.
