Sauna For You! is a boutique infrared sauna studio in Dilworth, in the shopping strip at 1315 East Boulevard. It does one thing: private infrared sessions in a calm room, using low-EMF units (under 1 mG, per the studio) with a tablet in each sauna so you can play music or browse while you sweat. Phones and watches stay outside, and the sauna is sanitized between every guest. Sessions run 40 minutes and are booked ahead online. New customers get a buy-one-get-one deal at $49, and the studio sells packages and memberships for regulars. Wear as little as you like (a cotton towel is provided, or bring gym shorts or a swimsuit), eat at least an hour beforehand and drink water before and after. Guests must be 18 or older, and there is free covered parking on site. Staff are only on site part of the time, so it feels more like your own private sauna than a spa. It is a good, quiet introduction to infrared, with no cold plunge.
