Sauna House

1507 W N Loop Blvd, Austin, TX

Sauna House Austin is a Nordic-inspired bathhouse in the North Loop neighborhood, centered on the traditional Finnish thermal cycle. The current Sauna Garden concept features authentic wood-burning saunas, cold plunge tubs, and heated lounge benches by Galanter & Jones, all set in a playful indoor-outdoor space with fresh air and relaxed, joyful energy. A permanent ground-up build is underway on the adjacent property, designed by Chioco Design. Each 75-minute session encourages multiple rounds of hot, cold, and rest — move at your own pace through the saunas, cold plunges, and heated seating areas. The space is phone-free by design, creating an intentional environment for disconnection and recovery. Patio showers, private changing rooms, and gender-neutral restrooms are available throughout your visit. Sauna House fosters an inclusive, community-first atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Premium loose-leaf teas, kombucha, and electrolyte drinks are available for purchase. The facility also offers integrative massage services for guests 18 and older.
