Sauna House Recovery Studio

5315 Greenville Ave Ste 120A, Dallas, TX

Sauna House Recovery Studio is a small, Scandinavian-leaning contrast studio tucked into a Greenville Avenue strip between a donut shop and a sandwich counter, a few blocks south of Lovers Lane. Everything happens in private suites: each of the two main rooms holds an infrared sauna and its own cold plunge tub, so a session is just you (or you and a partner) moving between the heat and the cold with the door shut. A third, larger VIP suite drops the plunge in favor of a four-seat infrared sauna and a red light tower, built for a couple or a small group who want to sweat together. CultureMap's 2026 recovery guide called it minimalist and design-forward, the kind of place you come to for a slow, intentional session rather than a quick dip. A standard sauna-and-plunge suite runs 50 minutes and costs $59; first-time guests pay $29.50. The VIP suite is $120 for two with a $30 add-on for a third and fourth person. Memberships step from $79 a month for two visits to $199 for unlimited, with a prepaid year of unlimited sessions around $1,250, and there are add-ons for localized cryotherapy, 25-minute red light, NormaTec compression and a $11 take-home electrolyte kit. Book ahead through Booker; towels and robes are provided, and you should bring a swimsuit for the plunge. The tubs can be set anywhere from near-freezing to the mid-50s, so ask the front desk to dial it to your comfort level, and taller guests should request the XL tub. The studio also doubles as a recovery clinic, with Swedish, deep tissue, sports and prenatal massage on the menu, which makes it an easy pairing: a contrast session first, then a table. Hours run 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays, with shorter Saturday and Sunday windows.
