Secret Sauna PDX

7033 NE Glisan St, Portland, OR

Secret Sauna PDX is a small social sauna in northeast Portland's Roseway neighborhood — exactly the kind of low-key, neighborhood-anchored space the Portland sauna scene specializes in. The format runs around community sessions priced approachably, with the option to book a private group for a more intimate visit. Programming includes regular community gatherings, breathwork sessions, and DJ events on weekends — closer to a Scandinavian wellness club than a transactional spa drop-in. The crowd skews regulars and Portland creatives who treat the sauna as a third-place hangout rather than a one-off treatment. Best fit for someone in NE Portland who wants a regular sauna practice in a community-anchored format. Less suited to someone seeking the polished spa experience of Knot Springs or Cascada.
