Soak & Sage Nashville

2200 Bowline Ave, Nashville, TN

Soak & Sage is a Seattle-area 'social wellness' bathhouse (the original opened in Renton, Washington in late 2024) that is building its second location at The Landings in River North, the new East Bank district across the Cumberland from Germantown, with the building sitting directly on the Cumberland River Greenway and a four-acre waterfront park. The plan announced in May 2026 is about 18,000 square feet indoors and out: a hot-cold thermal circuit of saunas, steam, cold plunges and soaking pools (five pool vessels in all), outdoor open-air lounges over the river, treatment rooms for massage, facials and body work, a nurse-led med-spa program, and a café-bar with juices, broths, coffee, wine and beer. At the Renton house the circuit runs a 205°F cedar sauna, a 190°F temazcal, 115°F botanical steam, 104°F soaking pools, 45°F plunges and a snow room, and Nashville is expected to follow it. Co-founder Leslie Goeres has said the company expects about 85 percent of visitors to come on day passes rather than memberships; in Seattle a two-hour day pass is $75 on weekdays and $85 on weekends, and memberships run $299 (five visits), $399 (seven visits) and $500 (unlimited) a month. The target is an early 2027 opening, with renderings promised through summer 2026; no Nashville prices, hours or phone have been published. This is a placeholder listing for an announced venue; hours, pricing and photos will be added once Soak & Sage sets an opening date.
