Sweat Reno bills itself as Reno's original infrared sauna studio, open since 2021 and built around private far-infrared sessions rather than a shared hot room. You get a sauna to yourself, set at the gentler, lower temperatures infrared is known for, and the studio also runs an Infrared Cocoon pod that layers infrared heat with vibration, a thermal wrap and compression for a lie-down recovery session. Lymphatic compression sessions round out the menu. It suits people who want a quiet, private sweat on their own schedule more than a social bathhouse. Everything is by appointment through Vagaro (or by call or text), Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., closed Sundays and major holidays. A single 30-45 minute session has been advertised at $50 and a 10-session package at $450 that can be used across services; ask about the new-client offer when you book. There is no cold plunge here, and the whole-body cryotherapy the studio was named for is listed as currently unavailable. The studio's own site now places it inside Active Life Integrated Health on Reno Corporate Drive in south Reno, while older listings still show its former South Virginia Street storefront, so confirm the address when you book.
