SweatHouz Aventura (signed SWTHZ) is the Miami-area studio of the national private-suite contrast-therapy chain, in a shopping plaza on NE 193rd Street just off Biscayne Boulevard. It has eight private suites, and each one has the full circuit behind your own door: an infrared sauna that tops out around 175°F, a vitamin C-infused shower, a cold plunge set near 50°F and, in some suites, a red-light therapy bed. Sessions are 60 minutes, booked online or in the SweatHouz app, and the private setup makes it an easy first contrast session: no audience, your own music, and the sauna starts around 130-140°F, as the studio recommends. A single session is listed at $60 and first-timers can try it for $35. Five- and ten-packs are sold, and memberships run from four or eight visits a month up to unlimited (about $249 a month). Hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. Towels are provided and parking in the plaza is easy.
