SweatHouz Buckhead sits on the second level of the Cortland at Buckhead Village building on Peachtree Road, steps from the Buckhead Village shops and a few minutes from Lenox Square and the Atlanta History Center. Like every SweatHouz, it is built around private suites rather than a shared floor: each room pairs a full-spectrum infrared sauna (up to about 175°F) with a cold plunge tub near 48-50°F, a vitamin C shower and a smart TV, with a timer in every room to pace your rounds. Reviewers mention around eight suites. Buckhead is priced below most of the chain's other Atlanta studios. Your first session is $25 ($49 for a Double Dose), and after that you can buy a sauna session for $40 or a plunge-only session for $20 rather than a $70 combined drop-in. Packs are $109 for three up to $549 for twenty, and memberships run from $79 a month (two sessions) to $199 for unlimited with four guest passes. Sessions last 60 minutes, and you can bring a guest into your suite for an extra fee. Hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday, so weekend slots go fast. The studio pulls a mix of Buckhead, Peachtree Hills, Garden Hills, Brookhaven and Chastain Park regulars, and it is a popular first try for couples: several recent reviews come from people who used a free summer guest promo and walked out with a membership.
