SweatHouz Burlington is a private contrast-therapy studio where every booking is your own suite for a full hour: an infrared sauna cabin, a single-person cold plunge and a vitamin C shower behind one door, used in whatever order and for however long you like. The sauna defaults to 140°F and can be pushed to 175°F from the panel inside, the plunge is held at 48-50°F, and the shower runs through a vitamin C cartridge that strips chlorine from the water. The studio sits in The Village at Burlington Mall, the open-air strip beside the mall off Middlesex Turnpike, with mall-lot parking at the door. It suits people who want the sauna-and-plunge routine without a shared room: first-timers, couples or friends sharing a suite (a guest can be added online or at the desk for a fee), and anyone who treats recovery as a standing appointment. Sessions are 60 minutes and arriving late shortens them. Burlington opened in early 2024 under Massachusetts franchisee Nico Varano, who went on to become SweatHouz's CEO in 2026, with Burlington native Jamie Cook running operations. It is one of the busier studios in the chain, with well over a thousand reviews on the brand's feedback feed, most of them about the staff dialing the sauna to your preferred temperature before you walk in; a few recent Google reviews grumble about missing in-suite extras and speakers, so ask at the desk if something in your suite is not working.
