SweatHouz Coppell

205 N Denton Tap Rd Ste 150, Coppell, TX

SweatHouz Coppell opened on May 17, 2024 at the corner of Denton Tap Road and Sandy Lake, in a strip franchisee Richie Eisemann picked for its neighbors: Smoothie King next door, Pure Barre and Orangetheory across the street, what he called a wellness district forming in Coppell. It is a purpose-built contrast therapy studio with eight private suites, and every suite has the full kit: a full-spectrum infrared sauna with adjustable heat and chromotherapy, a cold plunge tub, a vitamin C-infused shower and a smart TV. You book an hour in the SweatHouz app and the room is yours. First-timers pay $25, a single drop-in is $70, packs run from $129 for three to $599 for twenty, and memberships climb from $79 for two sessions a month through $129 and $199 to $249 unlimited with four guest passes. A guest can share your suite on one session credit, which is why it works well as a couple's routine. Wear a swimsuit, bring something loose for afterward, and expect to spend most of the hour in the heat with two or three short plunges in between; free parking sits right out front. The studio is the SweatHouz for the west side of the metro, pulling from Valley Ranch, Las Colinas, Grapevine and the neighborhoods around DFW Airport, and it carries a 4.9-star Google average across several hundred reviews that keep coming back to the same words: private, quiet, clean.
