SweatHouz Fenway
1363 Boylston St, Boston, MA
This is a placeholder listing for an announced studio that has not opened. SweatHouz Fenway is planned for 1363 Boylston Street, on the Fenway stretch between Jersey Street and Audubon Circle, as a roughly 2,000-square-foot private contrast-therapy studio with eight suites. As at the chain's other studios, each suite is booked for a full hour and holds an infrared sauna, a single-person cold plunge and a vitamin C shower behind one door, with a screen for TV or meditation audio; this location also adds a Dyson-sponsored beauty bar with hair dryers for after the shower. The studio page went live as 'Coming Soon' with a founders-rate signup in autumn 2026. Franchisee Nico Varano, who became SweatHouz's CEO in January 2026, told What Now Boston in October 2026 that the construction permit had just been issued and that the target is to open by the end of February 2027, with the Longwood medical area's nurses and doctors as an obvious audience for an hour to themselves. No hours or prices are published yet; the brand's Massachusetts studios charge $50 for a first session, $90 drop-in and $99-$349 a month for memberships, so expect something close to that. It will be the brand's second studio inside Boston proper after South Boston, with Assembly Row in Somerville closed for a renovation into the same one-door suite format and a Salem, New Hampshire studio also in the pipeline.
