SweatHouz Frisco

12455 Eldorado Pkwy Ste 230, Frisco, TX

SweatHouz Frisco opened on June 10, 2024 in a shopping strip on Eldorado Parkway in north Frisco, the first of the chain's DFW studios built from the ground up for contrast therapy. There are nine private suites, and each one holds the whole circuit: a full-spectrum infrared sauna with chromotherapy you can set to your own color, a cold plunge tub, a vitamin C-infused shower and a TV with Bluetooth so you can stream whatever gets you through the cold. You never share a room, a bench or a tub with a stranger. A session is 60 minutes in the suite, which most people split into a long infrared stretch, a quick rinse and two or three short plunges. A first visit is $25, a drop-in is $70, and session packs run $129 for three up to $599 for twenty, the larger packs shareable with a partner over 18. Memberships go from $79 for two visits a month to $249 unlimited, which includes four guest passes, and you can bring a guest into your suite on a single session credit. Book through the SweatHouz app, arrive in a swimsuit or something you are happy to get wet, and pack loose clothes for afterward; the studio draws from McKinney and Prosper as well as the Lexington, Stonebridge Ranch and Grove neighborhoods nearby. Reviews praise the quiet, the cleanliness and the lavender, lemongrass or eucalyptus cold towels handed over at check-in. The one recurring gripe is the price, so new visitors tend to use the intro session to decide whether a membership pencils out.
