SweatHouz Germantown
820 4th Ave N Suite 134, Nashville, TN
SweatHouz Germantown is the first SWTHZ contrast therapy studio in Nashville, opened in 2025 on the ground floor of the Starling apartment building at 4th Avenue North, a block off Jefferson Street and a short walk from First Horizon Park, the Germantown restaurant strip and the Cumberland greenway. It serves Germantown, Salemtown, North Capitol and downtown with the brand's signature private-suite format: no shared sauna floor, no communal plunge, just a quiet room with the heat, the cold and a shower, booked by the hour. Every session is 60 minutes in a private suite that holds all three modalities: a full-spectrum infrared sauna you control from inside, a cold plunge held at 48-50°F, and a vitamin C-infused shower to rinse between the two. There is a TV with Bluetooth audio in the sauna and color-changing lights, and the suite is yours alone, so towel-only in the heat is fine; bring swimwear or spandex shorts for the plunge. Suites can be shared with a guest, which makes it one of the easier places in the city to introduce a partner to contrast therapy. A first session is $40 and a drop-in after that is $70. Session packs run five for $269 and ten for $449 (six-month expiry) and work at any SWTHZ studio nationwide, and memberships start at $99 a month for two sessions (Launch), with Reset at $159 for four, Elevate at $219 for eight, and Unlimited at $269 with two guest passes a month. Book through the SWTHZ app or the studio's booking page; arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Early reviewers single out the clean, upscale suites, the vitamin C shower and the walkable location.
