SweatHouz Gilbert

3877 S Quartz St, Gilbert, AZ

This is a placeholder listing for an announced venue. SweatHouz Gilbert is the fourth Phoenix-area studio planned by SWTHZ franchisee Jake Golic, slated for The Gilmore, Thompson Thrift's 35-acre mixed-use project at the northwest corner of Val Vista Drive and Germann Road in south Gilbert, where SweatHouz signed a lease alongside Safeway, Better Buzz Coffee, Over Easy and Phantom Fox Brewery. SweatHouz's own site lists the address as 3877 S Quartz St and marks the studio Coming Soon, with a founders-rate sign-up form and a gilbert@swthz.com contact. When it opens it will follow the chain's private-suite format: a locked suite for 60 minutes with a full-spectrum infrared sauna (140-175°F elsewhere in the chain), a 48-50°F cold plunge tub, an en-suite vitamin C shower and in-suite entertainment, booked ahead online. Pricing has not been published for Gilbert; other Valley SWTHZ studios charge $70 for a drop-in and $35 for a first-time intro, with memberships from $79 to $249 a month, and the Gilbert page is collecting founders-rate reservations that typically lock in a discount on those tiers before opening. Timing is the open question. Golic told 1851 Franchise in October 2025 he planned to open Gilbert at the start of 2026 while the plaza was still under construction, and The Gilmore's developer expected retailers to begin opening in the latter half of 2026; as of early November 2026 the studio still reads Coming Soon with no hours or phone.
