SweatHouz Krog St (signed SWTHZ) is the chain's BeltLine studio, a roughly 2,200-square-foot ground-floor space in the new Butler Building at 99 Krog Street, across from Krog Street Market and a short walk from the Eastside Trail, Inman Park and Cabbagetown. As at every SweatHouz, you book a suite to yourself: a full-spectrum infrared sauna that heats up to about 175°F, a cold plunge tub around 48-50°F and a vitamin C shower. Reviewers point out a TV in the sauna, a sauna temperature you can adjust, chilled forehead towels, electrolyte water and full shower products. Sessions are 60 minutes. A first visit is $25 ($49 for a Double Dose) and a drop-in is $70. This is also one of the studios with red light therapy, which costs $25 for an intro and $50 for a drop-in. Packs of 3 to 20 sessions run $129 to $599, and memberships go from $79 a month for two visits to $249 for unlimited with four guest passes, valid at any SweatHouz. Hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. Wear what you like in the sauna and bring swimwear or shorts for the plunge. The studio validates 90 minutes of free parking in the Krog District Garage at 73 Krog St NE, so have your plate number ready at check-in. It opened in 2025 as the newest of the Atlanta SweatHouz studios and already holds a 4.9 Google rating, with an easy pairing of a session and dinner at the market across the street.
