SweatHouz Mt Pleasant was the chain's first studio outside Atlanta, a roughly 1,500-square-foot space in Indigo Square off Shoremeade Road near the Isle of Palms Connector. Like every SweatHouz, it skips the shared sauna room entirely: each booking is a private suite holding an infrared sauna cabin you set yourself (up to about 175°F), a single-person cold plunge held near 48-50°F and a vitamin C-infused shower, so the whole contrast routine happens behind one door. Sessions are 60 minutes and booked in advance online or in the SweatHouz app; members can book up to 14 days out, and Unlimited members 30. A first visit is $25 and a two-visit Double Dose intro is $49; after that a drop-in is about $70, packs run three for $129 (60-day expiry) and five for $199, and monthly memberships go from $79 for two sessions to $129 for four, $199 for eight and $249 unlimited with four guest passes. Suites fit two, so bringing a partner is easy. Wear whatever you like in the sauna and swimwear for the plunge; you change and shower in the suite. It draws a steady East Cooper crowd of runners, beachgoers and people fitting recovery in before or after work, and reviewers note there is no hard sales pitch after the intro session. Doors open at 7 a.m. Monday to Thursday and run until 8 p.m.
