SweatHouz Paradise Valley is a private-suite contrast therapy studio on North Tatum Boulevard in the Paradise Valley Village area of northeast Phoenix, a few doors from an Orangetheory and directly across Tatum from the communal PLUNJ studio, which makes this stretch an easy place to compare the two formats. Each suite is locked to you for the hour: a full-spectrum infrared sauna you set between 140°F and 175°F, a cold plunge tub held at 48-50°F, a vitamin C-infused shower, a timer and an in-suite entertainment screen for YouTube or music, with flavored sparkling water on tap. Guest ratings began appearing in spring 2026, so it is one of the newer SWTHZ studios in the Valley. Sessions are 60 minutes and booked in advance on sweathouz.com, where the standard SWTHZ price list applies: $70 for a single session, a first-timer intro at $35 (plus $25 to bring a guest), packs of 3-pack $129, 5-pack $199, 10-pack $349 or 20-pack $599 (the two bigger packs are shareable with one adult partner), or monthly memberships: Launch 2 sessions $79, Reset 4 sessions $129, Elevate 8 sessions $199 and Unlimited $249 with four guest passes a month. The booking calendar shows slots from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Towels and bath products are in the suite, many guests sauna in a towel and plunge in swimwear, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian on the waiver. Reviewers like the privacy and the heat of the sauna; one note of caution for the sensitive is that the plunge is chlorine-treated rather than ozone. Memberships bought here are valid at any SweatHouz studio nationwide, and the suite is sanitized between every guest.
