Like its SouthPark sibling it is all private suites: each room pairs a full-spectrum infrared sauna and streaming entertainment with a personal cold plunge tub and a vitamin-C infused shower, so the whole contrast circuit happens behind your own door. Sessions run up to 60 minutes and are booked online or by call or text. SweatHouz's Charlotte studios have offered a $35 intro session and monthly plans from about $79 for two visits, with a paid plus-one option to share a suite, but confirm this location's current rates when booking. It is handy for Plaza Midwood, Elizabeth, NoDa and Uptown, and works well for a quiet solo reset or a couples session before dinner on Central Avenue. If you want heat and cold without a crowd, a schedule or a swimsuit (unless you bring a friend), this is the format, and the cold tub sitting a step from the sauna makes it easy to do several rounds in an hour.
