SweatHouz Roswell brings the chain's private contrast therapy suites to North Fulton, in a shopping center on Alpharetta Highway a few minutes from Historic Roswell, Canton Street and GA-400. Each 60-minute booking is a suite to yourself with a full-spectrum infrared sauna that runs up to about 175°F, a cold plunge tub around 48-50°F and a vitamin C shower, along with your own lighting, music and screen. It suits post-workout recovery or a quiet hour in a busy suburban week. A first visit is $25 ($49 for a Double Dose) and a drop-in is $70. Packs of 3 to 20 sessions run $129 to $599, and memberships go from $79 a month for two sessions up to $249 for unlimited with four guest passes. All of them work at other SweatHouz studios, and you can bring a guest into your suite for an extra fee. Google lists 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. Roswell serves a wide catchment of Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek and East Cobb regulars. Reviewers highlight easy access, plenty of surface parking right outside and the restaurants nearby for food afterward.
