SweatHouz Sandy Springs is a private contrast therapy studio in The Margo, a mixed-use building on the Roswell Road corridor, not far from Perimeter Center and the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area trails. Every booking gets you a suite of your own: a full-spectrum infrared sauna up to about 175°F, a cold plunge tub around 48-50°F and a vitamin C shower, plus adjustable lighting and sound, so you run your own heat-rinse-plunge rounds in private. Sessions are 60 minutes. A first visit is $25 ($49 for a Double Dose) and a drop-in is $70. Packs of 3 to 20 sessions run $129 to $599, and memberships go from $79 a month (two sessions) to $249 for unlimited with four guest passes, good at any SweatHouz studio. Guests can share your suite for an additional fee. Google lists 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. This is one of the oldest and most-reviewed SweatHouz studios in the metro. It has more than 330 Google reviews and draws regulars from Dunwoody, Brookhaven, North Buckhead and Roswell. Most reviewers praise the privacy and how clean the suites are, though a few say the front-desk service is uneven.
