Every booking gets you a suite of your own: a full-spectrum infrared sauna that tops out around 175°F, a cold plunge tub held near 48-50°F and a vitamin C-filtered rain shower between them, with dimmable color lighting, a smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker so you can set the mood yourself. Reviewers single out the small touches here, like chilled scented towels and a water refill station. Sessions run 60 minutes and the usual rhythm is 10-15 minutes of heat, a rinse, one to three minutes in the plunge, repeated two or three times. A first visit is $25 (or $49 for a Double Dose), a drop-in is $70, and regulars move to packs of 3 to 20 sessions or memberships from $79 a month up to $249 for unlimited with four guest passes; packs and memberships work at any SweatHouz studio.
