SweatHouz West Midtown is a private contrast therapy studio in the Osprey development on Howell Mill Road, in the thick of West Midtown's restaurant and design-district stretch at the corner of 10th Street. Each booking gets you your own suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna (up to about 175°F), a cold plunge tub around 48-50°F, a vitamin C shower and adjustable lighting and entertainment, so you set the pace and the playlist. This is one of the chain's value studios. First-timers pay $25 ($49 for a Double Dose), and after that you can buy a standalone sauna session for $40 or a plunge session for $20. Packs cost $109 for three up to $549 for twenty. Memberships run from $79 a month for two sessions to $199 for unlimited with four guest passes, and they work across the SweatHouz network. Sessions are 60 minutes, and you can share your suite with a guest for an extra fee. Google currently lists 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends. Check before an early-morning visit, because older listings show a 7 a.m. opening. West Midtown opened as the company's fifth Atlanta-area studio and got an interior remodel in 2024.
