SweatHouz West Village

2910 Cityplace West Blvd Ste 100, Dallas, TX

SweatHouz West Village is the Uptown outpost of the private-suite contrast chain (now branded SWTHZ), set on Cityplace West Boulevard in the walkable West Village shopping district. The studio has nine suites, and every one of them is a self-contained circuit: a full-spectrum infrared sauna with a screen and controllable temperature, a cold plunge tub kept around 50°F, and a vitamin C-infused shower to rinse between rounds. There is no communal sauna and no waiting for a tub, because the room is yours for the whole hour. Sessions are 60 minutes and the house pattern is sauna first, rinse, then plunge, repeated at your own pace. Pricing on the studio's booking page is simple: a $25 intro session for new guests, $40 for a single sweat, $20 for a plunge-only visit and $49 for a double dose, with memberships for two, four or unlimited visits a month (a Dallas-area membership is quoted around $150 a month on review sites; Frisco's unlimited tier is $189). Bring a swimsuit or spandex shorts for the plunge, wear whatever you like in the sauna, and expect towels, a beauty bar with hair dryers and an easy app booking flow. Reservations are required, and regulars note that prime evening slots fill because of the membership base. The West Village address makes it a natural pre-dinner stop: Uptown's restaurant row and the Katy Trail are a short walk, and the McKinney Avenue trolley runs past the block. Doors open at 7 a.m. on weekdays for before-work sessions.
