SWTHZ One Paseo

12895 Paseo Vlg Wy #1260, San Diego, CA

SWTHZ One Paseo is the SweatHouz franchise's San Diego flagship inside the One Paseo lifestyle center in Carmel Valley. Each suite pairs a private infrared sauna, a chest-deep cold plunge, and a Vitamin C shower — letting members run their own contrast cycle without sharing space. The One Paseo location pulls heavily from the surrounding Del Mar and Carmel Valley executive crowd: 45-minute sessions that fit between meetings, a slick app for booking, and amenities (towels, robes, dialed lighting) that lean concierge. SweatHouz's national consistency means the experience matches their other Westside locations exactly — useful if you've trained on the model elsewhere.
