SWTHZ South Broadway

2101 S Broadway St, Denver, CO

SWTHZ South Broadway is the Denver location of the SweatHouz contrast therapy chain, on the SoBo strip just south of Washington Park. The facility runs the standard SWTHZ format — private contrast therapy suites, each with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, cold plunge, and en-suite vitamin-C shower for 60-minute self-paced sessions. Memberships are interchangeable across all SWTHZ locations nationwide. The format is purely private — no communal pool deck, no shared sauna — making it a strong fit for solo or couples bookings without the social-bathhouse element of PORTAL° or Third Space across town. Best fit for someone wanting a clean, predictable contrast therapy session with full privacy. Drop-ins around $80; multi-session packs and memberships bring the per-session cost down.
