The Invigory
7314 Waverly Walk Ave Ste E-1B, Charlotte, NC
The Invigory is a recovery, aesthetics and IV studio in the Waverly development off Providence Road in south Charlotte, run by Brian and Helen Daly with a medical director on staff. Its heat offering is a private full-spectrum infrared sauna room, using near, mid and far infrared panels, which you can book on your own for up to 45 minutes. There is no cold plunge here; the cold side of the menu is cryotherapy, including cryo facials and a 'flush and freeze' recovery pairing, alongside a salt room for halotherapy, compression therapy, red and near-infrared light therapy and IV hydration. An infrared sauna session is around $55, and Core memberships at two, four or eight sessions a month bring regulars' costs down. The studio has a long list of Waverly and South End fitness partners (Rockbox, Cyclebar, Atha Yoga and others) whose members get 10% off Invigory memberships, which makes it an easy add-on to a workout routine nearby. Reviewers describe the sauna room as private and quiet. It suits someone who wants a calm solo sweat with a salt room or compression session tacked on, rather than a full contrast circuit.
