The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dallas Las Colinas

4150 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dallas Las Colinas is the 14,000-square-foot spa and salon of the former Four Seasons resort in Irving, rebuilt and reopened under the Ritz-Carlton flag in May 2024. It is done in sage green and warm stone, with twenty treatment rooms including a couples suite and a Vichy shower room with a six-head power shower. The heat and water are sex-separated and reached straight from the changing areas with their private vanities: each side has a dry sauna, a eucalyptus steam room, a heated whirlpool and a cold plunge pool, with a lounge of its own and a shared, softly lit relaxation lounge serving herbal tea. There is no spa pass. The sauna, steam room, whirlpool, plunge and lounge come with any spa treatment, and the spa says non-hotel guests are welcome on that basis, with appointments required, 18 and over for treatments and facilities, a 30-minute early arrival suggested and 24-hour cancellation. The ResortPass day pass sold for this property, from about $50, is for the lagoon-style outdoor pool and its whirlpool at Aire Libre and does not include the spa. Hours are 8 to 7 daily per the hotel site, which also says day passes for hotel guests may be available at reception, so staying guests should ask. Treatment prices are not published online; expect Ritz-Carlton pricing. It is a destination for a long treatment afternoon rather than a quick sauna, and the circuit is new, clean and rarely busy on weekdays. Pair it with the resort's pool pass on a warm day if you want water time before the heat.
