The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is a 10-room spa on the hotel's Midtown campus at 14th and Peachtree, renovated along with its pool in 2023. The heat lives in the locker rooms, where the men's and women's sides each have a wood-burning sauna and a eucalyptus steam room, and everyone shares the indoor heated saline pool, its whirlpool and a sun terrace. There is no cold plunge. There is no day pass: access with a treatment. Hotel guests use the pool and facilities freely, and non-guests get the sauna, steam, pool and lounge as part of a qualifying treatment, generally a 50-minute service or longer (a 50-minute custom massage was about $200 in 2024), so arrive early and stay after. The spa keeps roughly 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends. Call ahead to confirm which treatments include facility access. After hours the spa runs Night Spa, a couples' booking from 7 p.m. that gives a pair the saline pool, sauna and steam to themselves with champagne, chef's bites and a 50- or 80-minute couples' massage; it was reported from about $1,500 for two and must be reserved days ahead. For a private, after-dark sauna in Atlanta it is hard to beat.
