This is a placeholder listing for THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands, the wellness club at THE WELL's residential and office building at 1177 Kane Concourse, which has been announced but not confirmed open. Its Bath House is where every visit starts, centered on what the developers call Miami's first caldarium, a warm, humid Roman-style social room reported at about 95°F and 70% humidity. Around it are a saunarium with dry radiating heat, a halotherapy salt-steam room, a hot plunge bath and a cold dip, and an Infrared & Sound Dome that pairs infrared heat with sound therapy. The club is membership-based: residents of the building get a complimentary membership, office tenants a discounted one, and outside members join by requesting an invitation. Pricing has not been published. Beyond the Bath House, members get a fitness center with daily Mindful Movement classes, vitality treatment rooms, IV vitamin therapy, hyperbaric oxygen chambers, private lockers and styling suites, and a fresh juice and organic snack bar. Sound healing, guided breathwork and seasonal bathing rituals are part of the planned programming. The project is a partnership between THE WELL, the New York wellness club brand, and Miami developer Terra, and it puts a European-style bathing circuit inside a quiet waterfront town just north of Miami Beach rather than in a hotel or a mall.
