Total Bliss Wellness

465 S Meadows Pkwy #14, Reno, NV

Total Bliss Wellness is a recovery studio in a South Meadows Parkway shopping center in South Reno, opened by a mother-and-daughter team with a grand opening in April 2026. The menu is built around separate private rooms rather than one shared bathhouse: a full-spectrum infrared sauna with room to lie down, a red light sauna with panels along the back wall, a salt sauna for halotherapy, a steam room and a chilled cold plunge tub, plus leg, arm and hip compression boots. Every sauna fits two people comfortably, so it works as well for a couple or a pair of training partners as for a solo reset. Sessions are booked by the slot: an hour in any of the three infrared-style saunas is $40, the steam room is $35 for 30 minutes, a 30-minute plunge is listed at $25, and a one-hour contrast session pairing the plunge with the infrared sauna or steam room runs $80-90. The first session is free with the code FIRSTFREE. Memberships run from $95 a month for four sessions up to $250 for unlimited (one included session a day) and $350 for two a day, with a dedicated Fire & Ice plan of eight contrast sessions for $200, and members can bring a friend for $20. Towels and showers are provided; wear athletic clothes or a swimsuit. The studio is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day, and appointments are recommended on weekends. Founder Alyssa started the studio after years of chasing answers for post-COVID health problems and finally finding relief through holistic care, and the place leans into that side of wellness with one-on-one coaching, supplements and community events like sound baths, yoga, Pilates and pop-ups with local practitioners. It picked up Best of Sierra Nevada 2026 awards for alternative therapies and women-owned business in its first year.
